As a busy professional from California, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Galloway Farmstay Claunch in Newton Stewart, Dumfries and Galloway. the beautiful area immediately captured my heart, with stunning views all around. the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, open-plan layout that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the highlight for my little one was definitely the chance to see lambs up close and even take a ride on a tractor - an experience he will never forget! There's something magical about lying under the stars in a secluded spot, listening to the sounds of nature all around us. the hot tub was a real treat for us, and we would have used it more if the kids weren't with us. the location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a short getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in a beautiful rural setting. I can't wait to come back and make more memories at this lovely farmstay!
